You can post here, You can PM me at this forum or You can post at podbot mm forum (whatever You want). I believe - since this topic is dedicated CSDM and pb mm compatibility - no one from CSDM dev team will complain if You post here the result of Your observation.

1) Ok, it seems to me that bots don't wanna move until spawn protection is taken off.
2) if they out of bullets they (in item mode it's very easy) they don't understand they should pick up some ammo packs or throw current weapon away and take existent one with bullets.

I'll try to look at the part of code responsible for pickuping weapons. As far I rememeber they check only if the weapon they found is "better" than that one they have already (according to weapon priorioties in botweapons.cfg) - they don't care about the ammo (which probably should be also considered in the code in the case if the current weapon is out of ammo).

OK - that part of code of pickuping weapons/ammo/armor/nades/medkit etc has ben re-written.
@Simon Logic - please try this beta of podbot mm and let me know if this time everything is working correctly. You just need to update the binaries.

f-version.

I played FFA mode with bots on the same team as me.

1) if they have no ammo they still try to shoot with weapon (looks very silly) & neither RUN TO PICKUP SOME ITEMS (combat algorithm is activated?) nor switch to knife.
2) if they dropped a weapon (on spawn or during gameplay) it is not removed by CSDM; if they died and dropped a weapon - it's Ok.

Can't play them long due to bugs above.

I hope the first thing should work better in V3B16g. Please take this beta and let me know if something works better now.

I have no clue yet why sometimes these dropped (by bots) weapons don't disappear (I have noticed it, too).

I forgot to mention - to good work with item mode is recommended to increase the value of pb_maxweaponpickup cvar (for exampel put there 100) or You can just write "-1" which means they will pickup everything around like crazy.
