Allow adminstrators of a tf2 server to see both teams' chat.

As an admin of a Team Fortress 2 server with Alltalk on, I find that lots of people like to ghost, especially after getting stabbed with the "Your Eternal Reward" spy knife.
I am looking for a better way to enforce the server's rule against ghosting, and have tried to look for a plugin that would allow me to see the chat of both teams in the console or the in the standard text box.

I have already tried searching for a plugin that could do this, but I have not found anything yet, so I decided to suggest it here.

If anyone could find a plugin or make a plugin that could do this, that would be great, thanks.

Here we go. It's untested and requires Colors, so it won't compile on the forums. I don't have access to a compiler right now, so it might not even compile correctly, but it should.

I'll clean it up later and post it in New Plugins.

Admins with access to sm_say will be able to see all team chat.

Yup. But I made some tweaks to it, so re-download it if you have downloaded it already.
