Paid Request: CS:GO Queue

I need someone to make a bot for me on my website so that people can queue for a game and after que is full (10 players) they will be directed to the server.
I also need the server stats to feed back from the server to the website as ELO.

Willing to pay if someone can develop this for me.

You need a WEBSITE WITH QUE, not a plugin
