Hi let me say that this would be my first plugin if you help me, I've never made any plugin i do not know how it goes.
First of all wanted to know if that program will do with AMXX-Studio is what I have if you could not give me the download link for me.

Well my idea is that I saw on many servers for Hide N Seek (IGZ) when people do retry CT to be T, I wanted a plugin developer that when it detects a RETRY, put it in big letters EX: "Used Kyel RETRY Command "i will Kicks

If someone gives me some tutorial would be eternally grateful

Hola a todo queria decir que este seria mi primer plugin si me ayudais, nunca he hecho ningun plugin i no se como va.
Primero de todo queria saber con que programa se hacen si es con AMXX-Studio lo tengo si no es podrian ustedes darme el link para yo descargarlo.
Bueno mi idea es que vi en muchos servers de Hide N seek, (IGZ) cuando la gente es CT hacen retry para ponerse T, yo queria desarrolar un plugin que cuando detectara un RETRY, lo pusiera en letras grandes EX: "Kyel Used RETRY Command" i le kickee
