lul, thats a timer script for css not ssj...but i can not explain you what a timer. You see this timer on a bhop server or surf skill server? Maybe you can try use this command "sm plugins list" in the Console to see the plugins on the server, so hope you can find more infos.

I think something like a timer .. but is a ssj..because when i type !ssj become menu

sm plugins list is blocked from server..i cant see server plugins

someone can help?

Try blacky's css timer. Most popular one. It's from a bhop server.
