Play or be Kicked [COMPILE 1.8.2]

Can someone please compile this plugin with this Include file, for AMXMODX 1.8.2, i cant do it :/
I tried to use it but i have to do it thru FTP, which is not working, im not actually running he server over my PC, we have a HOST.
Please someone compile this plugin for AMXMODX 1.8.2.

Simply compile the plugin localy on your computer. It doesn't matter if the compiler is used on windows or linux.

We can't upload compiled plugins.
