I use an alt account to enter the server "undercover" and check suspicious players who would sometime troll around when an admin is not online.
Is there a way to fake my country when I connect? Rankme is currently announcing country of connected players so the plugin would have to override that and allow me to set any country I want.
Is that possible?

yes it's possible, but you have to rewrite the plugin

Easiest way to do this would be to use a VPN. Most you'd have to pay for but I'm fairly sure the monthly cost for a lot of VPN's are cheap.

I mean if you really wanted to be cheeky about it, you could just alter some code in Rankme and have it check if the connecting player's steamid matches your and then write whatever you wanted to print out afterwards
