if you have to ask this, you clearly shouldn't give advice to others.

I'm just passing by trying to help others. I don't know what the matter is with you.

Have a great day anyways.
I have a 300mbps connection, I asked for 100 to have an estimate.
I have these results in the calculator, do you think they are quite accurate?

You can host 198 players
* Recommended Upload Bandwidth for 12 players = 9.83 Mbps

So do you think that with the pc (server) that I publish and my connection will support about 30 servers?

Nothing wrong with trying to help others.
I could have phrased it less passive aggressive but I was just pointing out that your example is rather confusing and not suitable for his use case.

Anyway this is just one of those topics where everyone repeats the same things over and over without really providing any explanation or additional information.

293 players/12 slot server = 24 server
24 x 12.29 = 294.96 mbp/s
---------------------------------------
128-Tick:
sv_minrate "128000"
sv_maxrate "0"
sv_maxupdaterate "128"
sv_maxcmdrate "128"
sv_minupdaterate "128"
sv_mincmdrate "128"
---------------------------------------
that assumes that "128.00" (on the graph of the calculator, see screenshot) will be hit when server full.
screenshot: https://ibb.co/hM1sVKh
that is not necessarily the case because it depends on a lot of factors like the map being played etc.

sv_maxrate "0" //or sv_maxrate 128000: if the server goes above "128.00" =>
this will cause updaterate to drop from 128 in such a scenario,
where - when sv_maxrate 0 - it would not but increase bandwidth consumption.
how long this drop remains depends on the situation (example an map event drop would last as long the map event is).

if it is constantly, then it is due to the amount of players and/or map, which would mean that 128000 is way to less,
which means in reverse that you have to higher sv_minrate.
but since your cpu is that strong, i assume that will not happen.

you should test all maps on a full server carefully,
then you could basically trim sv_maxrate/sv_minrate to that given value if sv_minupdaterate 128 never dropped to achieve your more servers.
because it makes no sense to lower the sv_minupdaterate, since players wouldn't benefit fully from 128 tick then.

unfortunately, my english skills are not good enough to explain it to you in a detailed, professional manner,
thus im trying to basically do the work for you and to simplify the informations.

if you have further question, don't hesitate to ask me.
i will try my best to explain it understandable
