I was picking the health pack from a bot. So health can only come from real players - that makes sense now. Thanks for looking into that, really like the plugin idea.

No... You get a healthkit (and health if you collect it) for every player/bot. As i said, it works fine on your server.

Put the attached file to your addons/sourcemod/configs dir, restart the server and tell me if it works

The signatures don't work for sourceforts on windows,
because its based on a older sdk. On linux it should work.

I installed both of the required extensions and my server is linux, but it still didn't work. I guess the SDK used in SF is too old?

Mmmm, you should pick that plugin up again.. maybe using SourceMod.
