keep Doing this keep reconecting and like uhmm delayed But My Ping Is green like wtf Please Help

check addons/sourcemod/logs/, if any error logs, post it.

THE even no plugins and normal i use bat but its lagg server my second is the main srdcs lag too

Don't start the dedicated server on same computer where you'll prepare to play Left 4 Dead 2. Its causes crashes.

Only problem you get with same machine is, you can't launch L4D2 game from Steam while L4D2 SRCDS is up, because Steam thinks you are already running a game.

ralfcrafter, check if you have stable ping and no packet lose to your server.

Win + R

cmd /k ping x.x.x.x -t -l 24000

where x.x.x.x is ip off your server.

Also, try remove all your client's mods.

BRU7US, I never had crashes due to such configuration.
For dev, batch file (run server+client):
