Can someone make me a plugin.

So if someone can make me thats VIP have:

1.Granades complet (HE,2FB,SG)
3.Free health (150 hp) + (100 armor)
4.Gravity 700
5.Deagle with 3 bullets

And VIP s have a model its ok if it is Agent Smith (i will change it)
And instead of Dead its VIP
And ofc that when they type /vip shows the things that vip have
and when they type /vips shows the list of VIPs

And if u can make so when vip's type /vipmenu they can choose ONE of the things from the menu.

Those plugins that i searched dont have the things i want i am not good at making or editing plugins so if someone can help me.

my server has 32 slots 1 slot is reserved

I did everything except the *DEAD* into *VIP*.
I uploaded ammo_stocks.inc, becouse you could not have this (if you would like to remake something).

P.S. I think that player model should be in the cstrike/models folder.

EDIT: You wanted that player writes /vip, it shows motd. So create new file in cstrike folder named vip.txt and write there VIP privilegies.

the player model should be in cstrike/models/player/terror.mdl

did u test it because my home sever doesnt work good?
and how can i make insted od DEAD to be VIP
and the menu can be used only once in each round, and opens with /vipmenu?
