Gather System / Pug mode ?

Hi, im looking for a gather sistem similar to YAP addon in amx mod x, where people can join and write !ready.

Once everyone is ready the server "mixes up" randomly the people and the game starts.

Thats what I currently have installed + Allowed Players List, problem is that WarMod does not mix up teams

Why do people say 'pug' instead of 'pub'? Or am I wrong? I don't get it.

A pug (or fake (brazilian term) is were 10 random people join a server and play a match. its a competitive server but people can have fun at the same time.

A pub is were anyone can join and play to have a good time.
