There's not much here yet, but a simple FAQ. As we get more questions this will expand.

Q: Do I need to remove or disable my old AMX Mod installation?
A: Yes, although save your configuration files. AMX Mod X's configuration files are very similar.

Q: Will my AMX Mod plugins work on AMX Mod X?
A: There is a good chance they will! Turn on the 'amxmod_compat.amxx' plugin in your plugins.ini file. Then try loading the .amx file directly. If that does not work, try recompiling

Q: What if my plugin doesn't work on AMX Mod X?
A: Many AMX Mod plugins have newer, updated versions for AMX Mod X. Use the search tool to try and find it. If not, make a post in this forum.

Q: Will you add a feature to AMX Mod X from AMX Mod?
A: We might. Post a feature request in the Bug Reports section. Note this should only be used for default/base AMX Mod X related features.

Please note, our non-Steam policy is extended to AMX Mod migrations as well. Please do not ask for support for non-Steam (WON2) servers, we will not offer support.

Edit by DoubleDoom: AMX gave no support to Nosteam versions before and that will not change.

Also, AMX Piss, AMX Puke, AMX Ejaculate, etc are not to be ported to AMXX and will not be approved.

Directly to the plugins folder?
So no need of then listing them in plugins.ini
Thanks

Yes, you still need to list them in the plugins.ini file.
