I tried it on my server. But its not working. I placed everything in the right place.

I'll be asking to one of the plugins approvers to un-approve this plugin because:
1) The code is a mess, it should be entirely rewritten.
2) It counts on outdated methods and deprecated APIs.
3) I don't like its functionality, and don't like having to support it

I'm sure you have many options to replace this plugin, I'd recommend Connor's
