Spectator can kill the team

Hello, I have bug on my servers. After the round spectator autobalance join to the game spectator and he can kill all enemy. I use the ptb plugin.

What can I do?

Because plugin should use client_kill(id) instead of client_cmd("kill"). Because there are protectors that blocks server commands sent to client.
