You should be able to target them using the "sentry" option

Hey Darth, can you make it so by default when using /destroy it will destroy the building you are aiming at?
Makes it a lot easier when you just want to destroy a rtd sentry placed in the wrong area

Example: I have my crosshair on a sentry and can use "sm_destroy" to destroy it.
