i want to know how can i make a separate plugin.ini for mod?

e.g: plugins-zplague.ini Etc...

any code or need something else

Just create a file named plugins-yourmod.ini and put in in the configs dir. It will automatically load the plugins inside.

What do you mean? Simply put the file in addons/amxmodx/configs/ ?
