I really want to try making my own plugins. Didn't want to post in the wrong area so I decided it would be best to post here.


Where is the best place to start learning about writing my own plugins. What does it require etc....

Already found it all. Was just wondering more Generalizing. Whether pawn is a bad place to start.

That is the thread I am using.
Depends; pawn is a derivative of C which is non-OOP (Object Oriented Programming) so starting here may/may not be a bad idea. With OOP more nonsense is involved (ie: Java, C++) where more lines of code are required to perform simple tasks. It's always good to start somewhere even if it is more difficult because then later you can get better develop "easier" languages.
