how to apply settings to a player perm?

How can I set a play to amx_drug permanent?

Like whenever he joins the server, it sets him on drugs?

Where can I edit the code?

I would find a drug plugin and use it separately for that. Its not just a simple addition for the super but it will be much easier if you use a separate plugin.

What about amx_speed?

Is there any plugins that can set people on speed?

Same thing tho, I dont know if their is or not. You would have to do some searching and most likely a Request.
