[CS:GO] Join Team Fix

INTRODUCTION: This bug persist when you use AFK Manager, if one player is afk he join spec team and when he is back he can't join again CT or T, he need to reconnect. Very important, this is based on team balance!

hi your pluginsworks fine! but in maps like mini games course the maps are 24 spawns TT and 0 CT but
for some reaseon this plugin make 1 spawn for CT and everyone can troll the game

For maps like that its best to just set mp_humanteam t

I thought there were cvars to allow players to join teams mid round or if rounds are not restarting like in normal games *facepalm*
