smoker can already let go, for MONTHS. just browse through the plugins.

It cannot since Valve removed the CVAR that allowed it for Hunter.

The cvar for the smoker still exists.

Try noclipping and turning off noclipping, that might remove them from pouncing someone. It definitely works on the smoker at least.

In olj´s "Smoke IT" plugin is stated that it works in L4D2. just read the thread, last page... I am using it since l4d2 demo came out and never had a single problem with it.
