PROBLEM RESOLVED!
What i did?
I removed parameter +ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx and put +clientport 27015.
Forwarded ports like this:
27000-27015 192.168.0.100
27020-27039 192.168.0.100

Thanks for posting your solution. I did not remove the +ip xxx.xxx.x.x part from my launch. Actually all I did to solve the issue was add +clientport 27015.
