Well the Monday(10/12/2012) i made a Source Dedicated Server(srcds) and well it worked fine.
Opened ports, people joining, plugins working, etc.
But the other day it don't let me join it!It kicks me with this message:Connection Failed after 4 retries. I don't changed settings of the server, PORTS too!. Heres what it says when i make the server(In color the other errors i get):

192.168.*.* is a local IP. You need to do port forwarding to expose your server to the public. Google "srcds port forwarding".

I just forwarded them. I have a TP-Link Wireless Router.

Type 'status' in your server's console, see if the public IP still starts with 192.168.*.*.

I can't seem to ping to the server, the IP addresses are definitely wrong.
I really wouldn't recommend doing private IP pooling, its kind of unpredictable.

Type in console connect localhost:27015 or connect 127.0.0.1:27015

Once connected to the server, type in status.

Alternatively, try Dr McKay's method first.

Also, foobar2000 for the win.

Also, are you using two different computers for the server? cause your personal computer can only have one ip.

Even if you could ping it, you wouldn't be pinging his PC. 192.168.0.0/16 is not a public IP block and is only usable on internal networks

Yes. I use the computer of my brother to have internet. Using TP-Link Wireless Adaptor to get it.

Yeah... I use foobar2000 for micspamming xD. But i was on a study tour so i can't connect to the PC.
