What should I do if my plugins do not support latest sourcemod, I don't want all of them to be broken for 1 plugin.

You can compile the plugin yourself with a older compiler, use another plugin and/or tell the authors of those plugins to make them compatible. 1.10 has been out for a while now. You can't stay on old versions forever

thanks for info, can you give me a .zip for compile like exts or inc whatever needs? when i try to compile plugin i get errors like autoexecconfig etc. i looked into but can't do it sorry for that.

The source on github includes all the dependencies and includes those locally so you can compile directly from source.
