As has been noted when 1.8 became stable, 1.7 only receives gamedata updates now. The recent fixes for CS:GO required more than just gamedata.

aaa serious problem admin flags are not working everyone has access to plugins that require admin flags and custom flags. i'm using linux sm

You sure you didn't accidentally overwrite admin_overrides.cfg when updating sourcemod?

all version sourcemod on linux centos 7 (1.7 5321, 1.8 5942, 1.9 5984) dont load
