How can I send the information as post/get data? Do I have to use Socket or is there any options?

Edit: Or how can I open up a motd window with a specific url?

Edit2: Found ShowMOTDPanel.

Now I need to encode all the data to a url.

EDIT3: Looks like I can't use get because of url length limit. Anyone know how I can use post data?
