I've written a small plugin which uses cvar's (static ConVar you-know-the-rest). These cvar's are set by the user in server.cfg / listenserver.cfg. You'd think that the server.cfg is exec'd quite early but not so. I can't use the cvar's in ServerActivate() as the server.cfg has not yet been exec'd!
Having a look at SetCommandClient(), the command "exec listenserver.cfg" is run before clients connect. Is this so on dedicated servers as well?
To narrow it down, where can I use my cvars for the first time and be sure they have been set to whatever is in the server.cfg / listenserver.cfg
