When it comes to AMX and stuff I got AMXX Studio the latest version and uhh how do I add it to my server?

You don't. AMXX Studio is an IDE (i.e. it's used to write plugins). Download the Full Installer, choose AMX Mod X from the Start menu, and everything should be self-explanatory. Why the menu is item is not called AMX Mod X Installer is a mystery.
