I just bought a prepaid debit card again. But, I've been wondering where I can spend it online. Visa says that I need a place where they charge anonymously. I'm just wondering if Steam support anonymous purchases?

can't you just register your debit card to your paypal account and then pay Steam with your paypal?

No... because "prepaid" means you don't have a real bank account. That would pose a major security risk to PayPal if you could randomly register cards to it without any serious identity verification.
