Looking for this plugin: Smoke gasmask effect

As I said in the title I really want to find that plugin or at least the sprites/skin involved in it. I've been trying to find it for awhile.

Please if you know about it or remember it somehow, help me out.

I know this plugin, but dius1er sayed he want the "gas mask" effect
