[SOLVED][TF2]Crashing after a short while.

Sorry in advanced didn't know where to post crash reports

I'm really suck here, my server is crashing a short while after starting (Seems to occur when you change class but not always). I've tried updating MetaMod, SourceMod, TF2Items and some individual gamedatas. Nothing is working. Apparently its to do with "server.dll + 0x36d7d0" here is my Accelerator Crash report https://crash.limetech.org/jnmd7ih4ozfm. This only started after the Halloween update.

Here is a list of the plugins I have enabled, ones made by MrTimcakes/Ducky are my own custom ones but I don't think they'd cause this issue.

Remove the plugins that perform SDKCalls

Did you update the gamedata for TF2Attributes after the halloween update?

Oh, I really thought I did, Downloaded it but never pushed it to the server. Thanks for your help.
