And another question... When sourcemod warmod on executed, admin menu still shows all commands from all plugins, but they are not loaded.
Is this a bug or something?

No, because generating and uploading an HTML file in PAWN is a bit hardcore, while extremely easy to do if you use PHP to simply query the database.

I don't quite understand, WM doesn't unload any plugins...

Yes, by making "return" the first statement that the OnAdminMenuReady handler executes, thereby effectively emptying the function.

Sorry, I explain more. When built in warmod from sourcemod base is executed, it unloads all plugins and loads only those in cfg file. Now without WarriorMod loaded, admin menu loads only basic commands like ban kick and cfg stuff. But when warriormod loads together, the whole admin menu gets displayed, like super commands and so on, even without those plugins loaded.
