By making him admin and telling him "hey you're now a co-owner". You may also want to use a magic wand or a sword, to make it more official.

1. Choose which access you wanna Give to co-owner
2. Add them to User.ini or Sql , wherever
3. You can use THIS PLUGIN ( CLICK HERE) To Give them Tags , like Co-Owner.
