But yet not added to spectate
How do I add my server in this section?

At a guess, those servers are all running SourceTV on their servers.

u can follow ur own 'rules' from get
now that u know that sourcetv is what u need, u can easily google for instructions, stop bumping this... Maybe even edit ur first post and delete the thread, if u have that option, please?
