Is there a similar mod to the one that raises levels and gives different models of weapons? The point is that Silver 1 is the only skin, and Silver 2 is another skin.

Everything is clear. But up to a point. The whole rar file, I put it in my strike folder. But after I put it where I need to set up the base, I need to have hosting where they can upload, don't I understand or am I wrong?

You need to install the mod in your server, not in your game's cstrike folder. The server can be either hosted on your computer or you can buy it from a hosting provider.
