Im running ATM ( AMX Mod X 1.8.3-dev+d49064b )

and have nvault_open executing in plugin_cfg and it crashes server during startup...

with no error logs to look at as it doesnt make any i have no idea why this is happening...

in mean time im going back to AMXX 1.8.2 to finish my plugin.

Can you try to update latest dev version? It looks like it's an old one.
You should always update to latest version before posting.
