Hey,

I'm a bit lost of the develpment of SB.
As far as i can tell, there is 1.4.10, this, beta plugin 1.5 and beta web panel 2.0.

Currently I'm using 1.4.10.
Whats currently most stable or secure to upgrade? I guess r161 ... ?

I would be glad if someone could give me some advise

The most stable version right now is 1.4.10. https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=61000

The beta plugin 1.5 was an intermediate step between sb 1 and 2. I believe its actually being used in sb 2, just with updates and changes to it.

Then the web panel 2.0 is actually sourcebans 2. It is everything, not just the web panel. Its the latest version, but is still under development.

rev 161 contains fixes for some of the bugs in the release version of 1.4.10 and updates from depreciated things with php(like mysql being depreciated and some things in preg_replace)

Pretty much, Its been mentioned to use the 1.5 plugin with 1.4.10 Web its personal preference really. With 1.5 you will sort of see what's to come in 2.0 both alpha and beta are stablish.
