Server crashes every 3 hours

Hi,

My GunGame server gets restarted every 3 hours according to HLSM:

GunGame: Restarting. Reason: Process lost

I couldn't find any errors or problems in both AMXX and HLDS logs. It just gets restarted every 3 hours as if it were scheduled.
Every module and plugin is reported to be running when I check the server console.
I should mention that there are no players in the server.
The OS is Win Server 2012 R2. It used to do the same when it was on a Server 2008 machine.
I'm running AMXX 1.8.3 and Metamod 1.21p38.

In the Windows crash report of one of the servers I saw a mention of ntdll.dll.

Seems to be a new exploit.

What kind of exploit ?
How to stop it ?
