Ping alone doesn’t guarantee good connectivity. Use ‘net_graph 3’ to monitor connectivity. Only if the values are fine should you suspect the issue being non-network related, possibly due to limited resources of the server e.g. high cpu usage, low performing hardware etc.

When you first load a new map and put bots on it, sometimes the server tries to write a nav file for the bots (if the map didn't come with it). That's what it looks like it's doing. When you first loaded the map did it say anything about writing a nav file?

bots would not be in the map without a nav in the first place. net_graph only has a value of 1 but would certainly be helpful to see that information. only problem with this map, do you have problems with de_dust2 ?

That's just not true. That's exactly why the server can generate the nav file. Read the documentation.

If you don't believe the documentation, you can also just try it yourself. Download a map from gamebanana (don't use the workshop, because the nav information is generally packaged with the bsp from the workshop), make sure it was just the bsp file, load the map, and throw some bots on it it. It looks exactly like OP's server.

Now, I'm not saying that's definitely what's wrong with OP's server. I'm just trying to point out [i]you're[i] wrong to say you can't have bots on the server if it didn't have a nav file.

Right, well you stated you thought the server was generating a NAV at the time... but there are bots on the server, so that is just not possible.. when the server does a generate the bots are kicked. feel free to pm if if you have questions about csgo bots, I do not want to skew this thread.
