players take damage when touch nades

Can someone make this plugin or find it for me pls?? I remember found it somewhere in this forum but now i can't find it anymore

This plugin make grenades like csgo nades. When nades touch player, he'll take damage. You can set damage in cvar or not (normally it's 1 hp)
