Sorta like mani admin plugin does. It would be a load easier if you could manage admins (and maybe groups too) using the Sourcemod menu.

I use sourceban @ sourcebans.net.

Why do all that extra when you can do it via the web and on multiple servers?

To be honest, Mani never had a great implementation of that feature. Web-based solutions are much more effective.

Apart from Sourcebans (development is rather unpredictable lately), try the web-management posted in the 'General" forum (I think).

We redid some coding to make sourcebans stable for our end. It's a good program and yes there are other options, but nothing wrong with sourcebans.

eh... maybe the name of sourcebans is misleading but...

I hate having to load up the FTP client and modify the admins_simple.ini file every time I add a new admin. I want to be able to use the admin menu to add admins just like mani.

With Sourcebans you can fully manage your admins via a webpage. All of your bans are logged, ban submissions etc.
Also as much admin configuration as you could possibly need. ie admin groups, server groups etc etc.
All of which is global across any server you decide to add to it.
1 change in the webpanel and its live across all servers

Uhnm...sourcebans isn't misleading? I do everything from a web panel? I don't understand why you think u must edit via ftp anymore with it? We don't.

I would rather manage admins in-game than leave the game to add someone. If one of my clan members comes in and asks for admin, I'll be able to add the immediately.

I tried installing sourcebans but I got a hell of a lot of SQL problems (I think we have 5.0). So It's really not much of an option right now.

If one of your clanmembers joins the clan, then you are surely not in-game, when that happens. You are probably adding that member on your clan-website to the members list. At the same time you can add him via a different website to the admins. It is that simple.

Here is the alternative to sourcebans, which is rather similar to the Mani counterpart: http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=60174
