I don't think I changed any.

Hoping to release beta 7 tonight once I've tested 'rock the vote', immunity and name immunity lists.

Mani,

Can we expect translation for system messages in this release? (e.g. the message in chat area when somebody is forgiven or punished for TK, etc.)

Not yet I'm afraid, maybe the beta 8 we will add some more

I really want to end this Beta period asap for a full release so I have to draw a line in the sand somewhere and say that's enough for V1.1.0. Otherwise it will permanently stay in beta getting bigger and bigger but the majority won't use it purely because it's a beta. I want to get it out as there is really nice functionality in the beta at the moment that fills a giant hole that's in V1.0.10i.

Mani, I know you get a ton of requests and I finally have 1 for you.

Is it possible to have a switch to use the message flood message instead of the ****** for filtered words??

In other words can we go back to the way 1.0.10i filtered words or at least make it a switch? I feel like the 1.1.0beta6 filtering is a step back. My server was very friendly when we didn't see the messages. Now that we see stars (*****) for filtered words players seem to abuse it more.

Updated V1.0.10i to fix 2 issues (March 23rd)

I've updated the zip files (windows exe installers not up yet) to fix 2 issues

Fixed damage stats sometimes reporting too many shots
Added kick/ban control of players abusing the Spawn Entity function causing fireworks on your server and crashing it.

In order to enable the functionality you must have mani_protect_against_cheat_cvars 1 in your mani_server.cfg (this should already be in there)

New cvars

mani_player_cheat_punishment 0 // 0 = kick, 1 = ban by ID, 2 = ban by IP, 3 = ban by ID and IP
mani_player_cheat_ban_time 0 // 0 = permanent ban otherwise specifies the number of minutes

Updated binaries are here

Copy and paste the above cvars into your mani_server.cfg file

Simply stop your server, overwrite the old binary file with the new one in 'addons' then restart your server.

I use a modified word filter plugin on my 1.6 server (AMX) that causes the offending message not to be seen at all. It only tells the person who wrote the message to watch what they say, and that they are the only one seeing this warning. So if they do decide to spam, they are only spamming themselves.

Release 7 of the V1.1.0 beta

Additions

User Immunity via immunitylist.txt and immunitygroups.txt (works the same as adminlist.txt and admingroups.txt). You SET flags to make users immune.
Tag/Name protection via a combination of the immunity protection with the 'a' (Tag) flag and using ma_akick_pname/ma_akick_name commands
'motd' and 'rules' when said in game bring up the motd screen.

Added 'rockthevote': -

Players can now run 'nominate' to nominate a map for inclusion in rockthevote. Users then type rockthevote to start the map vote.

Fixed primammo not working in the ma_shotgun command
Various fixes to the voting system.

server wont start with it. I removed all other mods and left just this on and it still didnt start, so its off untill some solution comes on.
