1. Fixed bird skill. Now it's not crash serv.
2. Add cvars:

shop_warmupcredits 0/1 - disable or enable credits on warmup
cvar shop_minplayers 4 - minimum players to get credits for kill or LR
shop_creditos_por_kill_t_vip - Amount of credits for kill ( prisioner ) for VIP (flag a)
shop_creditos_por_kill_ct_vip - Amount of credits for kill ( guard ) for VIP (flag a)
shop_creditos_por_kill_lr_vip - Amount of credits for the last player for VIP (flag a)

3. Fix bug with mysql

I know. With !give and !gift is that same bug, but i don't know how to FIX it.

Maybe add to shop low gravity and Freeday?

On my server players with beacon have freeday. On freeday they don't have to liesen CT can go everywhere. But when they take weapon or kill CT, they are rebel, and we kill them.
