As for neutral rolls, it would allow for more customisation regarding the donator rolls. For example, you could set them to only get Good 50% of the time, Neutral Rolls 40% of the time and Bad 10%, while non-donators would get a 30/40/30 split, or something.

On my server I've got the RTD set to give donators good rolls 90% off the time, but it means they miss out on some of the harmless "fun" bad results like earthquake or funny feeling.

Несколько предложений по улучшению вашего плагина.
1. Добавить плохой эффект, который будет менять управления игрока. Что-то вроде Инверсии.
2. Добавить Админ меню, где можно будет любому выбраному игроку дать определенный эффект.
3. Исправить эффект "invisibility" - во время эффекта у игрока видны эффекты Unusual вещей, Musical notes effect и т.д.
4. Эффект "spontaneous combustion" поджигает всех (Друзья/Враги), кто в радиусе действия(так веселее =D).

A few suggestions to improve your plugin.
1. Add a bad effect which will change the management of the player. Something like inversions.
2. Add Admin menu where you can be the chosen any player to give a definite effect.
3. To correct the effect of "invisibility" - while the effect of the player can see the effects of Unusual items, Musical notes effect, etc.
4. The effect of "spontaneous combustion" ignites all (friends / enemies), who is in range (so fun =D).

Not sure if you consider this a bug or if it can be fixed. The Scorched Shot projectiles (when you get homing projectiles) sometimes follow players around and when they die follow another player. It may or may not light them up. It looks really weird seeing this little projectile wriggling around the player and never seems to light them up. For the most part it will set players on fire. I'm thinking after the 20 seconds are up that's where they get weird.

It's probably because of the way it causes knockback, the projectile doesn't detonate or disappear like the flare gun or detonator, so the "spent" projectile is probably still trying to hit them.

they seem to show 0.3 on the version have you updated to the correct version and have you removed the older version?

Hey I was wondering if you could allow dispensers to remove when rtd wears off, like the sentries. Players like to make giant dispenser nests in my server and causes lag. Maybe you could just make a cvar for it. Im just gonna fix it manually if i can for now.
