You don't need someone who script to do your admin job. Just take a look at wiki if you don't know something.

I think you had a bad Christmas my friend... I tried, it's hard, and if i can hire where is the problem if someone accept ?

There is no problem at all. Tell me your problem. I doubt it's as hard as you say.

EDIT: You said you need a "CODER" but you don't need one, anybody with enough interset / knowldge can do that.
