Hello, I've got a problem, after a tank get spawned 5 players are allowed in one team. Does anyone know how to fix it?

You mean 5 total Special Infected? This isn't a bug, it's how the game is designed.

again, its how the game is designed. tanks are players (even when bot controlled). your server obviously has more then 8 maxplayers. if you had an 8 player server, it wouldnt allow a human to load up while theres a tank.

Removal of 10 slots fall off because they are already paid for and wants to have a place to spectate user.
