Hello mates! been fumbling around with this server for a few weeks now. i have meta mod installed successfully but sourcemod isnt loading up in the plugins list.

ive tried reversing the slashes in the vdf because im on windows server 2019 and that didnt work. all the files for sourcemod are in the correct folders and are setup default as a regular install. the metamod vdf has been changed for the neotokyosource directory and works no problem. i have meta mod and source mod installed on 6 other servers running 6 other games so i know that the file system is set up correctly, and i believe this may be some code work. when i type meta list i get the plugin 1: <ERROR> read out. anything that has to do with metamod reads out perfectly fine so i dont believe theres and issue with metamod unless something in metamod would have to be changed to gain the access to the sourcemod plugin. thanks for anyone with any help!
