[Master Cake]

Plugin helps jumpers to learn wall pogo, it is recommended to use Original RL. Arrows indicate what type of wall pogo you are doing right now.

- Updated console command "sm_wp" to enable/disable plugin + added yellow arrows (indication that you probably can make horizontal wall pogo)

- Added console command "sm_followrockets" for Admins, when this option is on your rockets will follow your aim target
