New version 4.2.1 Released, found a few bugs and there have been a few fixes, let me know if there are any issues.

Should, if you want to update.

Also delete the csgo\cfg\sourcemod\afk_manager.cfg configuration for the new build plugin with the new plugin settings.

Ai just configure to your liking.

It sounds like from reading posts like: https://forums.alliedmods.net/archiv.../t-130176.html

That what you are experiencing is that if a team has no player or something along those lines after a period of time the server might shutdown or restart itself because I guess it's more Peer-Peer style and maybe Valve didn't want dormant servers lingering but I have no idea.

I have the latest version of AFK Manager 4.2.1, I do not have immunity for admins, I am asking for a plug-in correction. My CFG file:

// Admin Flag for immunity? Leave Blank for any flag.
// -
// Default: ""
sm_afk_admins_flag "z"

// Should admins be immune to the AFK Manager? [0 = DISABLED, 1 = COMPLETE IMMUNITY, 2 = KICK IMMUNITY, 3 = MOVE IMMUNITY]

I believe the error is yours, since you have set the flag with "z".

It will only work if all your ADMINS have the flag "z" set on them.

I think you were right there I believe was a bug where Full Admin immunity was calling UnInitializePlayer() which as a result of that function processing was resetting the immunity variable back to None which therefore rendered the Full immunity useless, I think it's fixed now.
