Can anybody help me, I wanted to set up a live server. That, where you have to enter a command to start the game and the settings are set as competitive and we can't spectate. Is it a plugin or something I have to do?
(Didn't know the term for it, so is calling it a live server.)

It can be a plugin, but it can be a simple config aswell.

There are lots of tutorials and answers that can be found by using your webbrowser.

u can simply create a new cfg called "live.cfg" and place it in your cstrike folder. Find the command that disables spectating and put it in your live.cfg file. When u want to run it, type "exec live.cfg" in your server cfg.

Ofcourse there might be stuff you want to do that is only possible by creating plugins, but you gave no info about that.
